Terms of Service

1. The Service

k2o is a modular business cockpit that may include CRM, email, calendar, advertising, messaging, AI agents, and other modules you choose to activate. Features vary based on your configuration and connected integrations.

2. Eligibility and account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Third-party integrations

The Service may connect to third-party platforms (including Google Gmail and Google Calendar, Meta, WhatsApp, Calendly, and others). By connecting an integration:

• You authorize k2o to access only the data and scopes you approve during OAuth or API configuration.
• You remain subject to those providers’ terms and policies (e.g. Google Terms of Service).
• You may disconnect integrations at any time from Settings in the app; we will revoke access and remove stored tokens as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Access data or accounts you are not authorized to access
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited bulk communications

5. AI features and agents

k2o includes AI-assisted features and configurable agents. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before sending emails, publishing posts, or making business decisions. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from AI modules.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service, software, branding, and documentation. You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

7. Fees and modules

Some modules or features may be free; others may require payment as described at signup or in your workspace. Pricing may change with reasonable notice. Third-party services (Google, Meta, etc.) may charge separately under their own terms.

8. Availability and support

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or third-party outages may cause temporary disruptions. Support is provided at account@k2o.ai.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED EUROS (€100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by nature should survive (liability limits, intellectual property) remain in effect.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of France, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

13. Changes

We may modify these Terms. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
